  1. Cut the pork carbonade into slices.
  2. Chop off the meat pieces and put them on a greased baking sheet. Salt the meat to taste and season with spices and allspice.
  3. Zucchini also cut into slices, try to fit the size of the pieces of meat. Add salt to the zucchini to taste.
  4. Put zucchini on top of each piece of meat and grease it with soft melted cheese.
  5. Then wash and cut the tomatoes into slices. Lay them on top of the zucchini. Season the tomatoes with vegetable spices and add fresh Basil leaves.
  6. Grate the hard cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes.
  7. Cover the pan with meat on top with foil and send it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the meat brown.
  8. Serve hot with herbs.
