Pork Salad Recipe
The combination of sweet pears, tender pork and bitter arugula make this salad a festive table decoration. I love these salads – light, healthy and with a whole range of flavors! I often do things like this, I change the ingredients depending on my mood.

  1. We will need: pork, arugula, pear, sweet pepper, parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Season the salad with olive oil and pesto sauce.
  2. A few words about meat. I cook pork at home and, just in case, I post a way to cook it. Peel the pork from fat, make incisions and rub with garlic.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoning for meat.
  4. Put it in a sleeve and put it in the oven for 1 hour.
  5. You get tender, juicy and healthy homemade meat.
  6. And now about the salad. Wash the arugula and put it in a salad bowl.
  7. Cut the pork into cubes.
  8. Add sweet red pepper to pork and arugula.
  9. Divide the pear into 2 parts, cut one into cubes, and leave the other for decoration.
  10. Add the grated parmesan. We fall asleep with pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil and pesto sauce. Mix everything together.
  11. Decorate with slices of pear and call your loved one to the table!
