Prepare everything for our salad: cut tomatoes, meat and cheese.
I marinated cheese cubes in a sauce of vegetable oil, paprika, dried basil and garlic for 15 minutes. You can leave the cheese in this sauce for a longer time and store it closed in the refrigerator, and then use it in salads.
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate in a chaotic order, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with pine nuts. I did not fill the salad with vegetable oil, I had enough of the oil that was in tomatoes and cheese.
If you don't like pine nuts, you don't have to add them. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds or walnuts.
It looks so similar to our salad. It turns out juicy, crispy, a little sweet, thanks to dried tomatoes, but the presence of cheese and meat balances the taste. Try to cook this salad, you will not be disappointed, I assure you.
