Cut the pork into pieces (at least 2.5 cm). The meat should be at room temperature. Add salt and leave for 40 minutes.
Put the meat in a frying pan (after adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil there) and turn it over for even cooking until a “beautiful” crust.
2 minutes before cooking, add butter, thyme, rosemary, pepper, garlic and pour this fragrant mixture over the meat. Put the resulting steaks in foil, wrap and leave to “rest” for 5-7 minutes.
