A delicious and healthy salad, it replaces lunch or dinner. It is prepared very simply.

  1. Cut the baked potatoes into slices-put them in a salad bowl, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, I have a Provencal mixture.
  2. Thinly slice the tomatoes and onions.
  3. We use soft cheese.
  4. Put the onion and tomatoes on the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese to taste and sprinkle with basil. Pour vegetable oil over it.
