I suggest you try the prawns in the most delicate cream sauce. Cooking the dish will not take much time, and the velvet sauce will not leave seafood lovers indifferent.
In a skillet with high edges, melt the butter. Add the chopped mushrooms and onions. Onions can be used any and even green. Fry everything until Golden brown.
Add the peeled shrimp. (They can be pre-boiled, at your discretion). Stir. Cook until the prawns are red.
Add flour and corn and mix.
Pour in the cream. Salt to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to very low and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring.
Before serving, pepper and sprinkle with herbs ( I have green onions and dill).
