Prawns with Avocado under a Cheese Coat Recipe
Prawns on a pillow of avocado and leek baked with Parmesan cheese. Quite tender and delicious dish.

  1. Cut the leeks into rings.

  4. Grease a small baking dish with melted butter. Put the onion in rings, and spread the avocado on top. Add a little salt. Season with your favorite seasonings.

  5. Defrost the prawns, peel off the shell and put them on top of the avocado. Sprinkle with soy sauce.

  9. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes. I have an electric one. I baked on the middle shelf in convection mode at 170C for 10 minutes. Do not cover the top.
