  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 3-5 minutes in salted boiling water. Put it in a colander and pour cold water over it.
  3. Break an egg into a cup, add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp starch. Whisk lightly.
  4. Bake 2 pancakes. Cool, cut.
  5. Cut the pumpkin into strips. Fry for 3 minutes in mustard oil, adding 1 tsp sugar. Cool.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice into a cup, add sugar, soy sauce and pepper sauce (optional 2-3 drops). Add the dressing to the vegetables and pancakes. Mix it.
  7. Serve the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds and add herbs.
