Cut the zucchini into cubes. I have a middle-aged zucchini, so I took off the skin and removed the seeds.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and carefully put the zucchini in it. Fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. When the crust appears, remove the bars.
While the zucchini is Browning in a pan in soy sauce, we dilute the sugar. In a small amount of cold water, stir the starch. In the pan (without zucchini, we put our bars in a separate plate) pour the soy sauce, starch, mix, and let boil.
Return the zucchini to the sauce, let it soak for just a minute, sprinkle with sesame and bring to readiness. This is another 2-3 minutes. It all depends on your taste preferences. We love al dente. If you like it soft, you can hold it longer. Reduce the fire to medium.
Everything is ready. It can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish with meat. In the remaining sauce, you can cook sausages or sausages. But that's another story.
