  1. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool. Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove the yolk.
  2. Twist the olives in a meat grinder (leave for decoration), add egg yolks, cream cheese, whipping into a mush, but without fanaticism. Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs.
  3. Put a lettuce leaf on the dish. Pour half of the eggs over the minced meat. Cut the olives into small pieces, put them on top. Cut the tomato into strips (preferably without seeds), stick it into the mass. Put the mayonnaise in a bag (plastic wrap), pierce with a toothpick in the hole and decorate with a spider web.
  4. Garnish with dill or parsley.
