I wash the peppers and peel them from the seeds. I cut each one into three parts. Bring the water to a boil, add sugar, salt, pepper mixture, vinegar, oil. I omit half the peppers. After boiling, cook for 15 minutes. I take it out and cool it. The second part is prepared similarly.
I take the cooled pepper, spread a little carrot on the wide part and roll it into a roll, and fasten it with toothpicks.
