I offer you a snack of lightly salted salmon on a pillow of magic quinoa seeds. The grains themselves have a neutral taste, but they give a zest to any product, as if they absorb its taste and return it to us, strengthening and transforming it.

  1. Boiled quinoa, according to the instructions on the package (this time did not take into account). Olives cut into thin rings, salmon-thin slices along the entire length of the piece.
