Instructions
  1. We will need such products.
  2. First, prepare the chops. Pour half a cup of rice flakes with boiling water so that the water only covers the flakes. Cut the fish into fillets. I had a grenadier (damn it, no bones) One half is set aside for the sauce, the second is finely chopped. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, lightly squeeze out the excess juice. Until all are sliced, the flakes will absorb all the water. Mix the flakes, zucchini, fish, egg, salt, pepper.
  3. Form the chops.
  4. The balls were rolled in flour and fried in vegetable oil.
  5. While the chops are being fried, prepare the sauce. The second half of the fillet is fried in a frying pan with onions until the fish is ready.
  6. Mix the finished fillet, fried onions, sour cream, herbs. Be sure to add dill. Chop everything in a blender.
  7. The result was this sauce. Season with salt, pepper, dry garlic to taste.
  8. We put the finished chops on a napkin.
  9. Assemble the dish. Pour the sauce on a plate. Spread the chops on top of the sauce, sprinkle with capers. I’m calling everyone to the table.
