First, do the chops.
Half a Cup of rice flakes pour boiling water to the water just covered the flakes.
Fish cut into fillets. I had Grenadier (without bones as heck)
One half is put aside for the sauce, the second is finely chopped.
Grate the zucchini, salt, slightly squeeze the excess juice.
Until all are cut, the flakes have absorbed all the water. Mix flakes, zucchini, fish, egg, salt, pepper.
Formed the chops.
The balls were rolled in flour and fried in vegetable oil.
While frying the chops, make the sauce.
The second half of the fillet is fried in a pan with onions until the fish is ready.
Mix ready fillet, fried onions, sour cream, herbs. Dill is required. All grind in a blender.
The result was this sauce. Season with salt, pepper, dry garlic to taste.
Ready to chops uploaded on a napkin.
Collect the dish.
On a plate pour the sauce. On top of the sauce spread the chops, sprinkle with capers.
Calling all to the table.
