A very interesting combination of products… Of those who tried the salad, no one could immediately “taste” the pear. This gives the salad a piquancy, but remains completely unnoticeable.
Peel the pears, remove the core, cut into slices and add to the chicken fillet.
Chop the Bulgarian pepper, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine everything and add rice. Season the salad with mayonnaise, stir and cool slightly.
