  1. Rice should be pre-boiled.
  2. Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes.
  3. Peel the pears, remove the core, cut into slices and add to the chicken fillet.
  4. Chop the Bulgarian pepper, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine everything and add rice. Season the salad with mayonnaise, stir and cool slightly.
