  1. You can take plain white rice or, like me, a mixture.
  2. Cook, watering, until cooked in plenty of water, as the rice swells greatly. Time – according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut the pepper and onion into small cubes.
  4. Fry until golden brown, stirring.
  5. Put the ready-made warm rice in the pan. Stir everything together over the fire. Add salt if there is not enough in the rice.
  6. At the end, add the corn.
  7. Pour in the finished sweet chili sauce. Or just add chili pepper, a little sugar or honey.
  8. Put out everything together. If necessary, you can add a little boiling water – a couple of spoons.
  9. To serve, take a small bowl of a streamlined shape and lubricate the inside with vegetable oil.
  10. Run a thin knife along the edge. Cover with a flat plate and flip sharply. Carefully remove the dishes.
  11. Serve as a side dish to deep-fried chicken.
