Salad “Beautiful” Recipe
A very tender and fresh salad, healthy in all respects, but delicious, with an original sauce and a fresh taste of mint. Very simple and delicious!

  1. Apples are peeled from the core, the peel is preserved. Cut the apple into 4 pieces and each quarter in half. Cut the apple into slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler, sprinkling half a lemon with juice.
  2. Add green peas, sliced cucumber, previously peeled and seeds to the apple. Finely chop the green onions and mix everything together. I imagined green without onions, but onions are simply necessary in this salad.
  3. Prepare the dressing. Mix cream, salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon and finely chopped mint.
  4. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate, and then the salad itself, already seasoned with sauce and mixed.
