Apples are peeled from the core, the peel is preserved. Cut the apple into 4 pieces and each quarter in half. Cut the apple into slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler, sprinkling half a lemon with juice.
Add green peas, sliced cucumber, previously peeled and seeds to the apple.
Finely chop the green onions and mix everything together.
I imagined green without onions, but onions are simply necessary in this salad.
Prepare the dressing. Mix cream, salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon and finely chopped mint.
Put the lettuce leaves on a plate, and then the salad itself, already seasoned with sauce and mixed.
