Instructions
Lightly fry the shrimp on both sides in a frying pan.
Peel the corn from the cob. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Fry the corn and zucchini in olive oil. Let it cool down.
In a deep bowl, break the lettuce leaves, add the shrimp, zucchini and corn.
Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the avocado into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.
Now prepare the gas station. To do this, mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
