Instructions
Cut the herring fillet into cubes.
Finely chop the eggs.
Cut green onions into rings.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
Chop the apple too (it’s better to use a green sweet and sour apple).
Transfer the mayonnaise to a pastry bag. Lay the salad in layers. In a salad bowl, put the first layer of potatoes, season with mayonnaise and salt.
The second layer is herring, which is greased with mayonnaise and green onions.
The third layer is sliced apple and mayonnaise on top.
Put the last layer with egg, smear with mayonnaise on top.
Decorate according to your taste. I used radishes and green onions.
