Instructions
Cut the herring fillet into cubes.
Eggs finely chop.
Green onion cut into rings.
Chop the potatoes on a large grater.
Apple, too, shred (better use green sour-sweet Apple).
Shift the mayonnaise in a pastry bag. Assemble the salad in layers. In the salad bowl put the first layer of potatoes, mayonnaise and salt.
The second layer-herring, which cover with mayonnaise and green onions.
The third layer-chopped Apple and mayonnaise on top.
The final layer of the egg, the top grease with mayonnaise.
Decorate to your liking. I used radishes and spring onions.
