Salad “Champs Elysees” Recipe
In this salad herring goes well with other ingredients and will be able to decorate their taste not only the menu for every day, and to claim the holiday table.

  1. Cut the herring fillet into cubes.
  2. Eggs finely chop.
  3. Green onion cut into rings.
  4. Chop the potatoes on a large grater.
  5. Apple, too, shred (better use green sour-sweet Apple).
  6. Shift the mayonnaise in a pastry bag. Assemble the salad in layers. In the salad bowl put the first layer of potatoes, mayonnaise and salt.
  7. The second layer-herring, which cover with mayonnaise and green onions.
  8. The third layer-chopped Apple and mayonnaise on top.
  9. The final layer of the egg, the top grease with mayonnaise.
  10. Decorate to your liking. I used radishes and spring onions.
