  1. Peel the avocado, separate the bone, and grate the pulp on a fine grater.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice, mix with olive oil and add to the avocado.
  3. Peel the grapefruit and cut into slices.
  4. Finely chop the crab sticks.
  5. And parsley.
  6. Mix grapefruit, crab sticks and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the avocado sauce on the bottom of the glass. Top with a mixture of crab sticks and grapefruit.
