To prepare a salad-cocktail take large boiled-frozen shrimp and smoked mussels.
Take a ripe, but not soft avocado, cut in half, turn the halves against each other, separate the bone, clean, cut along into thin strips.
Sprinkle the chopped avocado with lemon juice to prevent oxidation (darkening).
Pomelo peel (you can take grapefruit).
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, yogurt without additives, ground almonds, Tabasco (I have with garlic, it is less burning, so be careful, 2-3 drops are enough), freshly ground white and black pepper, cognac.
I don't add salt.
Mix the dressing, I use a whisk.
Take glasses (glasses) for filing, each laid lettuce.
Randomly placed in a glass of pomelo, avocado, smoked mussels and shrimp.
