In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, mayonnaise and garlic passed through the press. This is our salad dressing.
Peel the boiled carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Put in a salad bowl and grease with the prepared sauce. Next layer: mashed sprats with a fork and finely chopped onion on top. Brush with sauce.
Next layer: peas and top with grated eggs on a coarse grater. Place the crackers around the circumference of the salad bowl.
