Salad “Fried” Recipe

Instructions
Peking cabbage cut into quarters, I prefer large, so I buy a large cabbage. Place on a large plate or bowl.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, water, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour our cabbage and leave for 10 minutes.
Preheat the pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Place on a serving platter.
Pepper cut into strips and fry in a small amount of olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place on top of the Peking cabbage.
Cut the mushrooms and fry them in a small amount of olive oil and soy sauce. Spread on top of the bell pepper.
Tomatoes cut into quarters and quickly fry. You can add a little salt. We spread it on our dish.
Wash a few sprigs of dill and finely chop. Sprinkle the salad on top.
