Chop the young cabbage (preferably with a special vegetable cutter for cabbage) as thin as possible.
Finely chop the greens and pour into the cabbage.
Mix vinegar, water, and a pinch of spices. Pour the dressing over the cabbage.
Add the butter and stir. You can sue.
The result was a juicy salad with a slightly neutral taste – the taste of cabbage and greens.
