Salad “Kiss of Autumn” Recipe
A nice and very juicy salad with vegetables and canned pink salmon. Tender, and satisfying, but at the same time light.

  1. Eggs, cucumber cut into small cubes. The tomato is slightly larger. Finely chop the greens.
  2. Drain the excess liquid from the can. Remove the bones from the fish and if possible remove the skin ( very easy). With a fork, not very finely chop the fish and add to the salad.
  3. Add oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix the salad carefully.
