Onions cut into half rings or quarter rings (depending on the size of the onion) and lightly fry in a small amount of oil until transparent-Golden color.
Allow to cool and put in a salad bowl.
In the same pan fry the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
Give cool down and, too, in salad bowl.
Cut thin strips of pickles.
Make the dressing.
Cook a poached egg your favorite way.
I have way to with povarenka: in a bowl pour the glass boiling water and 1 tsp. Apple vinegar, break there egg, be preparing in microwave 40 seconds on maximum capacity.
Add to the egg mustard (I have Dijon) and oil.
Stir with a fork until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.
