- 25 gram curd brynza
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce

- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 twigs Mint

- The next layer is pepper rings. For salad dressing, mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice. Fill the salad with this mixture. If you don't have enough salt, add it to the dressing to taste. Sprinkle with hot ground pepper. Top with chopped mint. It gives a very delicate taste to the salad. Garnish with mint sprigs. Let it brew a little and blend the flavors.
