Very tasty and original salad. Dried apricots give a sweet taste. The salad is really worth cooking. If you don’t, mushrooms will rule. The products go well together.

  1. Put the mushrooms in the middle of a flat dish.
  2. Finely chop the green onion and dill and spread around.
  3. The next circle is an egg yolk.
  4. Grate the protein and spread it all over the salad.
  5. Steam dried apricots and cut into strips. Put on top and smear with mayonnaise.
  6. Boil the chicken fillet, cut into strips, put the pickled onion on top, pour mayonnaise.
