An unusual combination of fish and orange flavors. Of course, the salad is not for every day, as it is not quite budget-friendly, but you can pamper yourself and cook for the New Year’s table.
Fillet-a piece of salmon to peel and cut into 4 parts, wrap the fish in sheets of nori cheese.
Let it lie down for a while and cut each roll into several rolls.
Peel the orange, divide into slices, peel off the films and seeds. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. 2 slices, squeeze the juice for the sauce and leave for a while.
We take a salad bowl, cut lettuce leaves on it, pre-washed and dried.
Arrange the orange slices on the leaves, then put the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Cool the eggs, peel and cut into quarters. Boil the shrimp and peel off the shell. Put the eggs cut into quarters, boiled salmon, and shrimp on the tomatoes.
Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, olive oil and orange juice.
Pour the resulting sauce over the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds and white pepper to taste.
