  1. Tomatoes, cucumber, eggplant, pork cut into strips. Fry eggplants in vegetable oil until golden brown, cool. Season the pork with seasoning and fry in vegetable oil until tender, cool. Put the vegetables and pork on a platter, add salt, and season with mayonnaise.
  2. Stir the salad before serving.
