  2. Cut the cucumber into long cubes. Cover with plastic wrap and lightly beat off. Of course, it’s a little strange – at first it takes a long time to be capricious in the market, choosing the freshest and most elastic cucumbers, and then soak them with a hammer. But it will taste better this way – trust me and check it out.
  3. Cut the pepper into strips, after removing the seeds and white partitions. In them – the main sharpness and stinginess. And if you like the sharpness in the salad – leave some seeds to taste.
  4. Chop the onion in the same way as cucumber and pepper. It is best to use shallots, but you can also take red (sweet) onions, ordinary onions.
  5. Of the greens, cilantro is most suitable.
  6. Mix vinegar and sugar. You can add a teaspoon of soy sauce. Adding salt is up to you. Mix it. Add cucumbers, onion, pepper and cilantro. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes and serve.
