Radish cut into 4 parts. If too little, then two.
Mix radishes and potatoes. Add salt, add any spices you like. I used Italian herbs. Pour a little vegetable oil. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the potatoes.
If you want to get a delicious side dish, then you can stop there. But today we have a salad. So, cut the tomato into cubes. Take your favorite greens and chop them finely.
When the potatoes and radishes are ready, put them in a bowl hot. Add tomatoes, ground black pepper, a little vegetable oil and salt. Mix everything together. Spread on a plate and decorate with herbs. That’s it, you can surprise your family.
