Salad of Zucchini with Nuts Recipe
A salad of seasonal vegetables-young zucchini / zucchini is useful as a quick snack or an addition to dinner. Feel free to go on a picnic!

  1. Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it as you like along with the skin. I cut the circles and cut them in half, but you can also use cubes.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put the slices in one layer, fry.
  3. Turn over and fry a little on the other side.
  4. Break walnuts or chop them with a knife, fry in a dry frying pan.
  5. Squeeze garlic into warm zucchini, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the greens. Of the fresh greens, only onions remained, dried parsley – 1 tsp.
  7. Add a handful of nuts and mix. I also wanted to add chili by cutting a few pieces from the pod.
  8. Spread on salad bowls, sprinkle with oil.
