Incredibly tender, juicy and delicious salad from the series “Guests on the threshold”. It is prepared easily and quickly, from available products. It is good for everyday life, and occupies a worthy place on the festive table!

  1. Finely chop the onion, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave it aside for 5 minutes. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Place on a flat platter. Brush with mayonnaise.
  2. Drain the liquid from the canned white beans. Put the next layer on the dish.
  3. Add pickled onions to the beans.
  4. On the onion – grated apple on a coarse grater. Brush with mayonnaise.
  5. Put the last layer of grated cheese. I do not advise salting in layers. And we lubricate only 3 layers with mayonnaise-eggs, apples and a little cheese.
  6. Garnish with drops of mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame seeds can be pre-fried.
  7. If desired, garnish the salad with parsley leaves.
  8. The salad turns out to be extremely tender, juicy and very tasty! It does not need to be put in the refrigerator for impregnation, so you can immediately serve it to the table!
  9. This salad can not be laid out in layers, but simply mixed.
