Salad “Spring Freshness” Recipe
This is probably my favorite cabbage salad. Very juicy, fresh, bright and delicious.

  1. Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Next, the cabbage should be crushed very slightly (literally in 3-4 movements), adding a small pinch of salt.
  3. Cucumber cut into half rings, radish – circles, green onion and dill – finely.
  4. All the prepared ingredients are sent to the cabbage.
  5. Add canned corn and season the salad with mayonnaise (you can use sour cream, yogurt). When choosing sour cream, I recommend adding 1 tsp of mustard to the salad. But personally, I prefer this salad, seasoned with mayonnaise. It has a more pleasant taste and turns out not at all greasy and very juicy.
  6. Ready.
