It’s summer, it’s hot, so I don’t want anything hot.. but you can’t eat grass alone. I cooked meat broth for my husband’s soup, he can’t work without it, and she came up with such a delicious salad.

  1. Finely chop the boiled meat or tear it into fibers with your hands. Cut fresh cucumber, bell pepper into strips. Mix everything together.
  2. I had a bunch of greenery that my mom grew in the garden. For those who do not like cilantro, you can replace it with parsley. In general, a set of greens can be any to your taste.
  3. Finely chop the greens, ideally it is better to tear the salad with your hands, but I did it late at night to take to work, so we cut everything with a knife.
  4. Salt, pepper, mayonnaise (sour cream, yogurt, vegetable oil with mustard) to taste. Let it brew a little and serve.
