Ingredients

Sauce
(I use sour cream + mayonnaise, ratio 1: 1)
Instructions
Boil chicken fillet, cool, cut into strips, mix with chopped garlic and put in a creamer, grease with sauce.
The second layer – peel the apple, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. I usually don’t lubricate this layer, it’s already juicy.
The third layer is washed, dried and sliced prunes. If it is dry, then pre-soak it. Brush with sauce.
Put the boiled, cooled and sliced beef on the prunes, add the sauce.
The top layer is grated cheese. Sprinkle the cheese with pine nuts. If desired, the layers can be repeated.
