Instructions
Wash and slice cucumbers.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
Drain the liquid from the olives and add to the cucumbers and tomatoes.
Add potato strips.
Rinse the arugula, put it on a towel so that the excess liquid goes away, and send it to the salad.
To refuel in a container, mix olive oil, mustard, sugar, pepper and lemon juice, which has a pronounced aroma and original taste of fresh lemons.
Beat with a mixer until a white emulsion forms.
Pour over the salad and mix well. P.S. It is better to season the salad before serving, otherwise the potato straws will get wet.
