Fillet of fish cut into cubes about 1, 5×1, 5 cm.
With pineapples (canned pieces), drain the water, add the desired amount to the fish.
Oranges are peeled, cut out only the flesh without partitions. Also cut into cubes 1×1 cm (approximately), add to the fish with pineapples.
Boil the prawns, peel them from the shell, and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
Prepare the sauce: pour soy sauce into the mayonnaise, add garlic, grated on a fine grater or passed through a press. Mix the sauce thoroughly.
Add the sauce to the salad and mix a little. No additional seasonings are necessary, you do not need to salt either.
Decorate with green leaves (pekinka or arugula).
