Instructions
Rinse the beans and cook until tender.
Wash the lettuce leaves, cool the beans, peel the apple and cut into small cubes.
For dressing, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and black pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients for the salad.
Place on a serving platter and pour over the sauce.
