Instructions
Ingredients.
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Cut red and yellow peppers into cubes.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
Finely chop the green onion.
Prepare the dressing: mix soy sauce with pickled onion and sesame oil.
You can serve the salad in portioned salad bowls, laying it in layers. Pour the dressing on top.
Or you can just mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing. And serve in a salad bowl.
