For those who are in the New Year’s fast, we offer to prepare a salad with vegetarian mayonnaise. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Slice the cabbage.
  2. Add the beans and corn.
  3. Preparation of vegetarian mayonnaise. Pour 3 tablespoons of bean liquid, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and salt into a container for an immersion blender. Whisk, gradually adding a thin trickle of vegetable oil, until thickened. Do not make a double portion at a time – it may get badly whipped.
  4. Cut tomatoes into cubes, add to the salad, season with mayonnaise, mix. Tomatoes can be taken as usual, but in winter I prefer cherry.
