  1. Put the beans in a colander, rinse in cold water and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the herbs and garlic. Add to the cheese and mix everything together.
  3. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  4. Cut the pepper into two parts. Cut into small cubes.
  5. Mix all the ingredients. Add salt (carefully) and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise.
