Salad with beans, pickled mushrooms, green onions and bell peppers! This vegetable salad will add variety to the winter menu both on holidays and on weekdays!
Put the beans in a salad bowl (I have canned, drain the liquid from the jar).
Finely chop the green onion.
Cut the pickled mushrooms in half.
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with black pepper and add garlic powder. Season the salad with vegetable oil, mix gently and serve to the table!
