  1. In a well-heated pan, pour the oil, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. In a salad bowl, put the Chinese cabbage previously chopped ( only the green soft part). Onions cut into half rings and put on the cabbage.
