In a well-heated pan, pour the oil, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
In a salad bowl, put the Chinese cabbage previously chopped ( only the green soft part). Onions cut into half rings and put on the cabbage.
Pepper cut into strips and put on the onion. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Top with fried mushrooms.
Grate cheese on a fine grater and put on mushrooms. Garnish the salad with chopped dill. If someone does not have enough oil from frying mushrooms, sprinkle the salad with oil.
