Salad will surprise you with its unusual taste of fans of chicken. Pears will add sweetness, and a dressing based on soy sauce and balsamic vinegar will add a piquant sourness
Cut the pears into slices.
You can pre-peel them if you don’t like them with the peel.
Cut the chicken fillet at random, sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, add a little salt and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Put the chicken fillet in a bowl, put the pears in the pan and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
For the dressing, heat the vinegar in a saucepan, add the sugar and the remaining soy sauce (1.5 tablespoons), heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring.
Put the salad mix, chicken and pears on a platter and pour the dressing over them.
