  1. Boil the beans until tender (you can use canned). Boil chicken stomachs until soft, cut into small cubes, pepper cubes too. Pour the diced onion with hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, add finely chopped herbs.
  3. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
