Salad with Crab Sticks, Pears and Nuts Recipe
Light salad with sweet pears and roasted hazelnuts. Very tasty salad.

  1. Slice the celery stalks. Put it in a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the pear into slices and add to the bowl.
  3. Cut the onion into quarter rings. Put it in a salad bowl.
  4. Finely chop the parsley.
  5. Cut the crab sticks into cubes. Put it in a salad bowl with parsley.
  6. Fry the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Wipe between napkins to get rid of the husk.
  7. Put the nuts in a bag and roll out with a rolling pin. Add the chopped nuts to the salad bowl.
  8. Prepare the dressing: juice of 1/2 lemon, butter, ground pepper and salt whisk until smooth.
  9. Season the salad. Mix gently.
  10. The salad is served on green lettuce leaves.
