  1. Cut the grapes (depending on the size) into 2-4 pieces.
  2. Add pineapple slices.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Mix everything, add mayonnaise and mix again. You can sprinkle chopped nuts (cedar or walnuts) on top.
